CrossFit
Our comprehensive training and performance program, centred around the CrossFit methodology which is comprised of a broad spectrum of training goals including Strength, Power, Endurance, Mobility, and most importantly technical proficiency.
CrossFit Conditioning
Our conditioning program is based around enhancing your conditioning and overall work capacity that will facilitate your overall fitness and crossfit ability.
Weightlifting
Detailing the primary Olympic lifts (Clean, Jerk, and Snatch) and all of their individual components. Each session and block is designed in order to enhance your ability and carry over to the CrossFit program.
Gymnastics
In addition to the weightlifting program, the gymnastics program allows dedicated time allocated to the technical execution of exercises such as bodyweight work, handstands, and pullups/ring work.
