CrossFit is a type of training that has helped thousands of people enhance the quality of their health, fitness, and body. By using a broad range of activities, from strength training and gymnastics to Olympic lifting and aerobic conditioning, you are guaranteed to see huge changes in your health and body.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of our people through world-class coaching in a supportive community, allowing you to love fitness and enjoy progressing in your health and performance.

Coaching

Each class you attend is led by world-class coaches, trained to help you overcome your barriers, no matter what your experience, age, or background is. CrossFit specialises in helping everybody achieve their full potential.

Community

One of the most important parts of a CrossFit gym is the supportive environment you benefit from, with people from all walks of life, just like you, helping you stay accountable and motivated to remain on track. Nothing beats the feeling of training in a group of people who are all on the same path!

DEAN ROBERTSON

OWNER & FOUNDER

Having built one of Edinburgh’s leading training facilities Elysium Edinburgh, I decided to take the group training element to the next level by creating CrossFit Edinburgh for our current and future members!
I have always been a huge fan of CrossFit since it began and its ability to unite people through the love of fitness! Having been in the fitness industry for 15 years I have seen the evolution of CrossFit into one of the strongest communities that offer people the ability to belong to a system that is designed to build them up, physically, mentally, and socially!

CALLUM THOMSON

CROSSFIT MANAGER

Hey, I'm Callum, Manager at CrossFit Edinburgh. I’m ex military, spending 12 years in the infantry which is where I found my love for fitness, becoming a PTI. Whilst deployed in the middle east and getting to train with Mat Fraser I found a passion for CrossFit. What I love about coaching is helping people achieve fitness, strength and skills, they may have felt impossible to achieve as part of their journey.

CrossFit has given me the ability to communicate my love for health and fitness through the love of coaching. No matter what your ability is, or your background, I enjoy working on your goals to help you achieve a greater sense of fulfilment surrounding the gym and your own health and wellbeing.
