All of our CrossFit classes are accessible to everyone and to all ability levels! Specialty classes are part of our memberships and come at no extra cost.
CrossFit
Primarily consisting of a strength movement or skill based practice, which is then followed up with a the workout of the day. These sessions last 1 hour and are accessible to all ability levels.
HYROX
HYROX is a unique indoor fitness competition consisting of varied strength and cardio exercises. Our HYROX class incorporates the energy and challenge of HYROX to give you an awesome workout in a great environment, helping you build strength, fitness and improve your body.
WEIGHTLIFTING
These sessions supplement the main workouts to allow people to practice and further develop the technique and skills in Olympic lifting making them much better in a full workout.
Gymnastics
Each class focuses on a specific skill that we don’t necessarily get to spend a lot of time developing in class times, therefore we have dedicated time to improve your skills each week.
CrossFit conditioning
The perfect session for anyone looking to get a good sweat on, built around low skill movements. This class if perfect for anyone looking trying CrossFit for the first time or the experienced enthusiast wanting to get involved in a great energy session.
CrossFit Fundamentals
The best place for a beginner to start their journey.This session focuses on the foundational movements in CrossFit takes a slow and build approach to help you get started.
OPEN GYM
Unlike many CrossFit boxes, our facility has a fully open gym that is linked with Elysium Fitness, allowing our members and drop-ins to train in our facility at all times.
